Both A & B Divisions this season have been re-organised and now are both 25 over Divisions. Owing to only 2 teams being available to play in the old 40 over A Division and with the 25 over format being more popular, it was decided to incorporate this into both the A & B Divisions. With this change in the lower Divisions, this meant that two teams from last years A DIvision were promoted to the Premier Division.
